Since February 2006, the locally owned and operated Ken’s Custom Meats & Seafood, Inc. has strived to give every Melbourne area customer the best possible service, and maintain high quality products at the lowest possible prices.
We carry a full line of beef, pork, lamb, goat, oxtail, shellfish and fish. We specialize in our store-made sausages and ready-to-cook meals. Customer satisfaction is our number one goal, and we will accommodate special requests whenever possible.
Owners Ken and Anne Brown have an exceptional background in this industry. Ken’s more than 45 years of experience started in his hometown of Hartford, CT. During his career, he has worked in various aspects of the food industry, including his mother’s Italian restaurant, and as a local chef.
His wife, Anne, is a native Floridian and retired military. She graduated from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University earning a Master’s Degree in Business Administration.
